Michael C. Raklewicz, M.D. & Associates, LLC, an Independent Medical Examiner and Records Review company, is pleased to announce its expansion with the addition of other medical specialties, in order to meet all of your medical/ legal needs.
Our company is dedicating itself to providing the most qualified board certified physicians and other medical experts to America’s finest attorneys and insurance companies. Our medical expert witnesses provide medical expert reviews, depositions and trial testimony as each case dictates.
Our staff will discuss your case with you, at no cost for your initial contact, and they will competently guide you in choosing the appropriate expert for you. We will help you choose the appropriate medical expert, with your approval and the physician’s credentials will then be shared with you. CV’s will be forwarded to you immediately for your consideration.
We provide accurate reviews and comprehensive narrative reports in a timely fashion. Upon receipt of medical records from you, our staff will break them down, tab them, and chart them chronologically, so that the review becomes more fluid and the chart becomes a valuable tool for both the physician and yourself. We pride ourselves on quick turnarounds, from 1 to 3 weeks, depending upon the volume of records. Emergent situations will be accommodated.
Attorneys will then be contacted by the physician to discuss each case and necessity of written reviews will be decided. Our physicians will consult and instruct the attorneys on the merits of the case, in addition to the medical complexities that may be involved. The physicians will remain available for ongoing discussions.
Physicians handling the reviews and examinations will be available for depositions, video or otherwise, hearings and trials. Michael C.
